About the role

We’re looking for a Software Engineer to help design and build the core platform behind Obengs’ AI-powered mental-health products. You’ll work across the stack, turning complex technical ideas into reliable, elegant user experiences that directly impact people’s wellbeing.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications
• Work closely with AI/ML engineers to integrate models into production systems
• Develop clean, well-tested backend and frontend code
• Contribute to system architecture and infrastructure decisions
• Collaborate with designers and product leads to ship high-quality features

What You’ll Bring

• Strong experience with at least one modern language (TypeScript, Python, JavaScript, Go, etc.)
• Solid understanding of APIs, databases, and cloud platforms
• Experience building production-ready applications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX and UI design skills
